Introduction
This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions for after-sales service and support provided by POWERGOMAX for its products. It defines the scope, duration, process, and limitations of warranty coverage. Please read carefully before submitting a claim.

Note: Warranty covers only performance failures caused by manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.
- Warranty Period
- The warranty period starts from the product’s factory date (as shown on the product label, accurate to the ‘month’).
- A 3-month grace period is provided after the warranty end date for processing claims.
Example: A product manufactured in March 2025 will have a warranty until March 2031, with claim submissions allowed until June 2031.
- During the warranty period, we will provide repair or other after-sales support services.
- Claim Procedure
To request warranty service, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our assigned business representative promptly to report the issue;
- Fill out the online after-sales service form, including product model, serial number, and fault description;
- Submit clear photos and videos showing the issue;
- Our technical team will conduct a remote preliminary diagnosis and then:
– Provide remote repair guidance for simple issues;
– Recommend sending the product to our designated service center in Johannesburg for complex repairs.
- Replacement Policy
- If the product cannot be repaired and is confirmed to have quality issues (not caused by misuse, negligence, or third-party damage),
we will replace the faulty component or product.
- Replaced parts or products will be shipped together with the customer’s next order.
- Non-Warranty Conditions
The following situations are not covered by the free warranty service:
- a) Damage caused by improper use, dropping, or collision;
- b) Damage occurring during personal transportation;
- c) Accidental damage due to personal operation;
- d) Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters);
- e) Damage caused by unauthorized third-party repair or disassembly;
- f) Damage due to unstable power supply (e.g., overvoltage, power outage);
- g) Damage caused by the ingress of dust, water, liquids, or other foreign objects due to misuse or exposure to extreme environments.
- h) Unauthorized disassembly or modification;
- i) Tampering with or removal of the warranty label;
- j) Damage caused by extreme testing in abnormal environments.
